PAGE of SWORDS

Page of Swords

The Pages in the deck are also known as Court Cards. They can represent a child or young person or the energy of their suit.

Pages are also messengers, bringing forth news or alerting your attention to a situation. They are the apprentices of their suit, always keen and eager to learn new things to enhance their lives.

The Page of Swords is a truth seeker with a sharp and curious mind. They are passionate about truth and justice and has a rebellious side if challenged. These Pages are full of mental energy and are keen to learn new skills in communication and writing.

They're highly spirited and have a very analytical mind which can be chaotic. They can be guarded and defensive at times, but this is often to protect themselves. The Page of Swords has no fear of speaking out, especially if they defend an injustice.

When the Page of Swords appears, you may be presented with news that will alert you to the truth of a situation. It suggests that you keep an open mind and be observant of your surroundings. Insights and ideas may come to you at this time, and you may find clarity on an issue. This card can also indicate communications, letters, emails, and telephone calls.

You may feel the need to take a stand and place boundaries for yourself. It's okay to question the way others treat you and make changes to your values and beliefs. Have the courage to find your voice and speak your own truth.

Reversed

The warning with this Page is to be aware of gossiping behaviour and watch out for people lying behind your back. Some people may present themselves as friendly but have a very different opinion of you once your back is turned.

There could also be a spy around you, stalking you and watching your behaviour. This page can often be mistaken for a wolf in sheep's clothing so, keep your wits about you, and watch out for people who mistreat others with cruel words or manipulative behaviour.
