About Me

I am an Empath who has lived her whole life deeply connected to her emotions and the emotions of others. I use my senses and intuition to guide me through life’s ups and downs. Everything I feel, I feel intensely! I am no stranger to heartache and have experienced many challenges since childhood.

I was raised within a dysfunctional family with narcissistic parents and spent many years of my life believing I was crazy! Childhood trauma left me feeling worthless, so it was inevitable that in my adult life I would continue the cycle of abuse by attracting dysfunctional relationships.

In 2012, a series of traumatic events were the catalyst for my spiritual awakening and my whole life was thrown into chaos. I had to face the truth of my fractured past if I was ever to heal from my wounds. So I turned to my trusted deck of Tarot cards and started to ask some uncomfortable questions.

As a child, I was very drawn to ghost stories, myths, legends and mysteries. At a young age and like most children, I loved hearing stories while gazing at the pictures. Storybook imagery took me to another place and as young as I was, I was completely aware of a higher connection to something not visible to the eye but felt deep within. We, unfortunately, lose that deep connection over time due to a build-up of psychological baggage. Only we ourselves can restore that connection, but it is well worth the effort just to feel alive once more.

Tarot is essentially a deck of cards where each one depicts a different scene and holds a different meaning. There is no right or wrong way when it comes to Tarot and there are no rules! You become the storyteller of your own life.

The Rider-Waite-Smith Tarot is one of the oldest and more commonly known decks and I was particularly drawn to the bold imagery and intensity of the energy I felt when working with the cards.

Tarot can reveal the truth of the who we are, who is around us, and the situation we are in. It can tell us what we feel, what others feel, our hopes and dreams, and our biggest fears. It can also tell us what to focus on and what to let go.

Tarot helped me take a deeper look inside my life story and gain clarity over all the chaos and confusion. Once I learned the truth of my past, I was able to break free from false beliefs and negative patterns and place boundaries, where there were once none.

My life was re-directed onto a healing path of recovery and returning to self-awareness, and it has proven to be one of the toughest assignments from the school of life. It has also been the biggest blessing of my life! There is nothing more powerful than TRUTH!

In 2013, my soul mate came into my life and joined me on an incredible journey of self- discovery and finding out the true meaning of what healthy love is. A sacred union is a relationship that is based on mutual love, respect, trust and honesty. It is the polar opposite of a toxic relationship which is based on fear, control, manipulation and lies.

It is my mission and purpose in life to help others heal from their own personal triggers and trauma’s through spiritual healing and re-connection to a higher power.

As an Indigo Child, I feel strongly about Truth & Justice and will always defend the underdog, the vulnerable, the misunderstood and the defenseless. I am drawn to anyone who is suffering from emotional pain, especially those who are being mistreated.

I have a deep understanding of human behaviour and an innate ability to feel and perceive others. I can see through dishonesty or if something is being hidden.

I have always been told that I wear my heart on my sleeve. Well... Yes, I do! I was born highly sensitive. It is not my weakness; it is my strength. To feel is what the human experience is all about. I am grateful that music sets my soul on fire. I am grateful to feel the soul of an animal. I am grateful to find peace in nature. It is in these moments that our spirit guides connect with us and bring powerful healing and messages.

Be open to love, love with loyalty, give respect and expect it in return. Live an honest life, be authentic! And don’t be afraid to shine!
